FULL DISTANCE: AG 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ (F/M)
When determining the age category, the age completed until December 31 of the current year is taken into consideration.
Regulations
Participation conditions
All participants will receive:
- Race kit: official technical t-shirt, race number, official swim cap, electronic timing chip, nutritional supplements.
- Access to the aid-stations: natural spring water, energy drinks and food (isotonic drink, coca cola, fresh fruits, energy bars etc.)
- Medical assistance consisting of ambulances and specialized personnel at the key points of the courses.
- Bags and cases for storage for the Transitions (and transport).
- Finisher medals at the end of the race.
General Terms and Conditions of Participation:
- All entrants must be 18 years of age on race day.
- Payment of the registration fee
Necessary documents:
- ID Card/Passport
- Your Athlete License if you are affiliated to FRTRI or any other federation recognized by ITU* (only for individual categories)
FRTRI doesn’t issue 1 day licenses!

Canceling or modifying the registration
MODIFYING THE REGISTRATION:: n case a competitor would like to modify his/her registration (personal data or distance) it must be done in written form, sending an email to marketing@xmanromania.ro
CANCELLING THE REGISTRATION: In case a competitor would like to cancel his/her registration, the registration fee CAN’T be returned. However it is possible to transfer the registration to another person on the same distance.
Competitors can request modifications or cancellations (registration transfers) only in written form until 16.05.2025!
VIS MAIOR: In case of cancellation of the race due to VIS MAIOR, the organizers will offer 2 options to the registered athletes:
1. Partial refund of the fee
2. Deferral of the registration for the next race
Payment method:
Online payment by card, according to the *rate in the moment of the payment
*We work with a three-tier system of fees, according to different periods of time.
Online payment can be done only through our webshop! The selected race-category from the registration page will be placed in the shopping cart. Registration form related to the selected category will be filled and you click „Plătesc”(I pay). The system will direct you to the secured page of payment of the EuPlatesc platform, where you will need to provide the details of your card, necessary for the payment. You will receive a payment confirmation from EuPlatesc by email.
ATTENTION: Registration will be validated only after paying the registration fee! In case of an unfinished payment, your registration data will be deleted!

Swim
Location: Crișul Repede channel/Fughiu dam (Bihor)
Full distance: 3800 m/2 loops
Start: 7 am / Time limit: 2h20m
The swimming event will take place in the upstream escape channel. The water flow will be stopped. The axis of the canal will be marked, and the turning marks will be very well marked. On the edge of the channel, on the concrete, the distances traveled will be marked with a bright/visible color spray.
Swimwear and Wetsuit policy:
Under 16C: mandatory
Between 16-24C: optional
Above 24C: prohibited
In Transition zone, the aid station will provide the competitors with water.
Bike
180 km /10 loops /
Time limit: 8 hours
TRANZIT: Near Fughiu Dam (same tranzit for the swim and bike)
The bike course consists of 2 parts:
Intro section: 3 km from Transition Zone (Fughiu dam) to the closed section in Husasau de Cris. In this section you must respect the traffic rules! In this area the volunteers will direct the traffic for the safety of the competitors.
Closed section (for road traffic): 17,4 km
Closed section: Husasău de Criș – Ineu de Criș – Botean – Bălaia
Closed loop: Husăsău de Criș – Ineu de Criș – Botean – Bălaia.
The turning points will be properly signed.
The aid station on the closed section will be located in Ineu de Cris.
Personal assistance will be allowed only in Balaia, at the course turning point. Personal assistance is PROHIBITED in Ineu, where the official aid station is, for safety reasons!

Time limit (total): 16 hours
The run course consist of 2 parts:
1. Intro section: 11,5 km / Transition Zone (Fughiu) – Podgoria – Oradea
2. Closed section (for road traffic): 2,5 km in the city center
Loop: King Ferdinand Square – Ady Endre Street – Malului Street – Emilian Mircea Chitul Street up to the Centenary Bridge – back on Emilian Mircea Chitul Street to Dock Bistro & Bar – King Ferdinand Square – Iosif Vulcan Street – Libertății Street – Aurel Lazăr Street – Republicii Avenue – Moscovei Street – Madach Imre Street.
The aid station in Ferdinand Square (city center) will provide the competitors with: food, fruits, water, isotonic drinks
Personal assistence: Iosif Vulcan Park
